Allergy Tea- Cool minty, citrus flavour to assist you with the discomfort associated with allergy season. 100g Ingredients: Nettle, Peppermint, Spearmint, Yerba Mate, Eyebright, Lemongrass, Lavender, Calendula, Red Clover, Fennel Seeds, pinch of Stevia. 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Steep for 5- 10 minutes and add honey to sweeten if desired.
