This blend of carefully sourced organic and wild herbs is not only helpful but comforting, strengthening and tasty. Ingredients: Red Clover, Nettle, Pau d' Arco, Alfalfa, Sage, St John's Wort and Ginger. 100g 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Add honey to sweeten if desired.
