Refresh Tea- A refreshing blend when you need a little pick me. Ingredients: Calendula, Nettle Leaf, Red Clover flowers, Lemongrass, Fennel Seed, Hibiscus Flowers broken. 100g 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Let steep for 5- 10 minutes. Add honey to sweeten if desired.
