A great herbal tea for children, helps them settle and also sleep. Ingredients: Chamomile Flowers. 100g 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water. Let steep for 5-10 minutes. Can add honey to sweeten if desired, but this is one sweet herb already! Chamomile tea can be drank ice cold.
