Uplift Me Tea- A great tea to uplift the spirits! Particularly good if you're a little down. Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Chamomile Flowers, Nettle Leaf, Siberian Ginseng, St John's Wort, Oat Straw. 100g 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. Steep for 5- 10 minutes, and add honey to sweeten if desired.
