Nourishes the body at a cellular level and gets things 'balanced out'. 100g Ingredients: Alfalfa, Red Clover, Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Yarrow, Oat Straw, Fennel Seed, Rose Petals, Lemon Balm, Hibiscus flowers, Peppermint, Chaste Tree Berries. 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. Let steep for 5- 10 minutes. Add honey to sweeten if desired. A big jug can be brewed and enjoyed iced!
