Thrive Complete- Menopause Program with Personalised Herbal Medicine

Thrive Complete is the full clinical experience of Thrive Through the Change: ten comprehensive modules you work through at home, at your own pace, with three consultations with Michelle Ringin, Medical Herbalist, and a liquid herbal formula made specifically for you.

What is included

•        Ten program modules covering hormones, mindset, testing and advocacy, nutrition, metabolism, sleep, stress, movement, herbal medicine and your ongoing plan

•        Ten comprehensive workbooks, yours to keep

•        Initial clinical consultation before you begin, with a full health history and medication review

•        Personalised liquid herbal formula, made in Michelle's in-clinic dispensary

•        Midpoint review consultation at around Module 5, with formula adjustment

•        Final review consultation after Module 10, with a plan for your ongoing care

•        Email and phone support throughout the program

How it works

1.     Complete your purchase. You will receive your Welcome Pack and intake form by email.

2.     Fill in your intake form, ideally at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

3.     Attend your initial consultation in Lithgow or via telehealth, and take home your herbal formula.

4.     Work through the ten modules at home, at your own pace.

5.     Return for your midpoint and final reviews.

Women in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause who want individual clinical care, especially if you take medication, have a complex health history, or would like a herbal formula made for your symptoms.
