When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email with a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value. You will not receive a physical hardcopy gift card - only the digital version via email.

How do I use my gift card?

When making a purchase on the website, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case-sensitive.

When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you just click Complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Do I have to use my gift card all at once?

No. The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used to buy another gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with discount codes?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

I've lost my gift card, what can I do?

You can click Resend gift cards from your order confirmation email. Alternatively, if you lose a gift card code, I can email an updated gift card to its original customer.

How do I see the balance on my gift card?

You can't check your own gift card balance, but I can check the balance and send the information to you. 

Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I send a gift card to someone else?

Absolutely! Gift cards make a wonderful present - just enter the recipient's email at checkout and the code will be sent directly to them.
