The Remedies in Rescue Sleep include:

* White Chestnut: to help ease the restless mind and repetitive unwanted thoughts

* Star of Bethlehem: for trauma and shock

* Clematis: dreaming of the future without working in the present

* Cherry Plum: fear of the mind giving way

* Impatiens: impatience

* Rock Rose: terror and fright

The mix here Rescue Sleep Remedy is provided in a 50ml drop dose bottle. It uses the Mother Tincture of Bach Remedies, Sleep Remedy, spring water and good quality Brandy as a preservative, and is blended to reduce cost to the client in a larger bottle size. Mixes can be blended without the Brandy if this is a concern- just mention this in your consult form.

Dose is 6 drops on the tongue before bed, then again at bedtime. It can be added to a glass of water and sipped throughout the night. Can be taken for as long as needed but is generally only required for up to 2 days. No hangover feeling in the morning.
