Free Acute Care Consults Now Available at Inner Peace

Sometimes you don’t need a full consultation. You just need a little practical guidance to get you back on track.

That’s why I’m now offering free 15-minute Acute Care Consults on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month at our Lithgow clinic.

These short, booked sessions are for everyday health concerns: a lingering cold, an unsettled tummy, a rough patch of sleep, or feeling a bit run down. We’ll talk through what’s going on, check that any recommendations are safe for you, and point you towards simple, gentle support from a carefully chosen range of trusted herbal and nutritional products.

There’s no cost and no obligation. It’s also a lovely, low-key way to meet me and see whether Inner Peace feels right for you.

Places are limited each Friday, so booking ahead is essential.

Women’s Wellness Open Day

To celebrate Women’s Health Week, I’m opening the doors of Inner Peace Holistic Herbal Therapy for a special Women’s Wellness Open Day- a relaxed day of herbal tea, plant medicine, conversation and connection.

Whether you’re already familiar with herbal medicine, curious about how it may support your health, navigating changing hormones, struggling with fatigue or stress, or simply feel like it’s time to put a little more attention back on you, you’re warmly invited to come along.

There’s no need to be an existing client and no obligation to purchase or book anything.

Just come as you are.

Come and sample our Come Back to You herbal tea and explore some of the beautiful plants used in traditional herbal medicine.

🌿 Explore the Herbal Clinic
See, smell and learn about some of the medicinal plants I work with in clinic and discover a little more about the traditional practice of Western herbal medicine.

🌿 Ask the Herbalist
Have a general question about herbal medicine, women’s health, hormones, sleep, stress or wellbeing? Come and have a chat. This is general education rather than an individual consultation or prescribing session.

🌿 Free Women’s Wellness Check-In
Take ten minutes to check in with how you are travelling. We can have a brief conversation about areas such as energy, sleep, stress, hormonal health, nutrition or general wellbeing and discuss whether there may be an appropriate next step.

🌿 Free Herbal Samples
Take home a little herbal goodness to enjoy after your visit.

Everyone who visits on the day can enter our Women’s Wellness Hamper Giveaway - completely free.

The hamper will be filled with a beautiful collection of herbal and wellness goodies chosen to encourage nourishment, rest and a little time for yourself.

No purchase is necessary to enter, and the winner will be drawn following the Open Day.
