FREE Community Weight Management and Healthy Lifestyle Program

This Free 4 week Community Weight Management and Healthy Lifestyle program consists of 45min- 1hr sessions, once a week for 4 weeks.

These sessions explore (real) weight management and healthy lifestyle options that a person can implement into their daily lives without compromising on life or living.

Participants set small, achievable goals each week and learn how these small goals can lead to big changes.

The program explores what keeps us stuck, how we can create shifts to support and enhance wellbeing, how physical activity can build our vitality, and also how we can go out for a meal and keep it all in balance. 

Each participant takes home a plethora of information to help keep them on track whilst in the program but also that they can refer to after the program. 

The program consists of goal setting. These are personal goals and at no time will you be expected to share these if you don’t want to. BMI and healthy weight goals will be done individually.

This group is so people can meet, feel safe, form friendships and support each other after the program ends. This is my goal anyways... to create a community where people can get together after the program and help keep each other motivated and moving forward with health goals.

Start Friday 7th Feb- 10am to 11am

Friday 14th Feb- 10am- 11am

Friday 21st Feb- 10am- 11am

Friday 27th Feb 10am- 11.30am
